The History of the 15 SIX

By the end of the summer in 1978 I looked out for a Traction Avant 15 SIX. By chance I came in the village TIELT (Tielt-Winge) in Belgium. And I contacted Wim Versteden, he traded in classic cars. So I found this six cylinder.

The SIX was complete, but the body was in bad condition also the seat cover and the upholstery of the car doors and the bumpers were rusted and so on. The license plates were still on the car with number 873 AA 63. Wim Versteden showed me the original French registration certificate (see Figure 1below). And I checked the frame number, number 710.375 was correct and the year of fabricate was 1951.
