Jeevan Kalanithi (jeevan@pavlov.rutgers.edu)
I completed a BS in Symbolic Systems at Stanford University
in 2000,
with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence and Continental
Philosophy. My undergraduate research focused on genetic programming
applications to artificial life. After moving to New York City, I
joined the Gluck Lab in 2001 to gain more experience before applying
to graduate programs. I'm currently doing work in computational models
of learning in Parkinson's Disease. Though I have a great deal of
interest in scholarly topics regarding mind, brain and agency, my
specific research interests
include computational models of neurons, neural networks and neural
systems.
